So I took a new iphone 15 pro max out through sky mobile created a sky ID I've been trying to login to pay my bill but it's just saying the page is restricted 🚫, so I turned my phone on and off to try again but it's still not working tried a new sky id still didn't work so I'm kinda stuck atm!! Keeps asking me for a sky box number and I don't have a sky box! I just thought it was good service to choose 🤷🏻

Find out moreUsually you don't have to pay the bill manually as it will be taken via your payment method that you provided when ordering the phone,I say this because so many people pay the bill themselves manaully and a day or two later it is also taken from their payment method.
For the restricted issue I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
