Hi, I have purchased a phone off sky mobile today and have received an email with a link to sign my credit agreement, but when I click on it it just takes me to the sky mobile page. I have checked my sky id is linked to the account and it says it is. So not sure where to go from here to sign the agreement

I can access my messages but there is no message for a credit agreement

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
