Cannot activate my sim as it doesn’t appear on account

I've just purchased a new iPhone 15 plus. I want to transfer my old giffgaff number to my new sim. I chosen an eSIM but beginning to wish I hadn't. 

I've requested a PAC from giffgaff. However, when I log in to sky, my Sim does not appear on my account. This means I cannot activate it. So I'm just stuck in limbo with no access to calls or texts. 

I can't even call sky because my calls won't work as my SIM card isn't activated.

If your sim isn't appearing then are you using the correct login details ?
