I am having problems with my broadband - the upload speed seems to be low.
Speed to my hub - 55.6Mb/s
Guaranteed download speed - 64.8Mb/s
Upload speed - 16.3Mb/s
Please find enclosed the statistics from my router:-
Thank you

FTTC is inherently asymmetric at about a 4:1 ratio - it's an 'up to' 80/20Mbs (inbound/outbound) technology
Your figures would seem to match that.

The broadband stats don't show a fault, and the service is almost at the maximum for the VDSL2 service subscription which will only operate at a maximum of 80/20Mbps which is currently running at 72Mbps downstream and 17Mbps upstream only 5% lower than the maximum.

Note that all domestic broadband over the Openreach network is asymmetric: equal download-upload is the domain of business 'leased-line' provision (and altnet full-fibre ISPs)

like i stated before i cant upload anything, from my 3d modeling software fusion 360, to uploading game save files, to even uploading pictures to facebook, another example of my issue using a differnt speed test: i used to get around 7mb uploads and download its around the same, though i do get disconnected from games periodically
the last picture i just removed my post code.
