Slow upload speeds

Hi, I have very slow upload speeds on my standard Sky broacband.

I've tried my tablet at my parent's house, also on standard Sky broadband with excellent speeds, so I know it isn't my device.

You could call sky and see if you can upgrade to the 80Mbps superfast line

Does it say waiting list or available at the end of the two vdsl rows?

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

The maximum upload on an adsl2+ line is 1.3Mbps and not even a guarantee on the download. You could challenge the upload speed by saying that its below ofcom universal service obligation of 1Mbps but they'd be no guarantee that sky or openreach wouktd do anything about it

If you wish enter your full postal address below and post the table after removing your address from the image

Re: Slow upload speeds

Available.

Basically Sky now offer a service similar to late 1990's unless I upgrade.

Thanks for calming my fears.

Question answered, and no ill feelings towards you. Thanks.
