Poor broadband

Broadband speeds very poor, will not operate our drive alarm and camera. You have supplied a booster still poor. Our old Broadband before full fibre was far better. We will hold Sky responsible for our security system not working.

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

You will have to contact Sky if you're still having issues.

@Hazelthomas62  Good luck with holding Sky responsible for an alarm system not working.  Suggest you have a read of the T&C's you have agreed to
