Unable to access “enhanced” Amazon Firestick

I have an enhanced Amazon firestick, which accesses new films and series, but it won't work in my home. I have Sky WiFi and Broadband. I can see the enhancements and what is offered, but not actually play them. I have disconnected my Sky shield.

If that's a device intended to access subscription services and other commercial content without paying the appropriate rights holders, Sky and all other ISPs will try very hard to prevent it from operating by identifying and blocking the online resources it is trying to reach: this blocking is typically required by court order and so it's not available for Sky Broadband users to switch off.

By enchanced I assume you mean illegal IPTV. As @TimmyBGood has mentioned Sky and other ISPs will do as much as they can to block domains that they know run these kinds of services so you might be out of luck. Also not the best forum to be asking about this kind of thing 🤣
