Wifi connection issues.

My wifi keeps dropping out. New sky ultra fast fibre customer and it's beem terrible. Devices don't seem quicker. Wifi regularly drops out. 

Can't use VR set without losing connection every time.

We're having the same issue this evening, rebooted the hub and it's not improved at all. Been with sky broadband for two years and this is the first time we've had a significant issue.

Really disappointing service. I don't think there routers are adequate. We were with BT before and had no issues. Changed to Sky and it's just poor quality.
