No broadband

We have had really poor connection to broadband in the house, phones won't stay connected the boys gaming devices are the same and are using phones hotspot data to stay connected. We have upgraded our WiFi router but have had no success and our broadband is still awful.  It has been weeks with this issue and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. Fed up throwing money at sky and getting nothing in return..  regards a very loyal customer for over 10 years
