First check if other devices are affected if not the issue is with your phone. Many phones have a setting where they switch to using mobilecdata if thst is faster if that applies then turn that off.
Also try the phones nearer the hub if they connect there but not elsewhere it is a wifi signal issue. If everything is disconnecting check the lights on your hub https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start.
