We have a sky max hub and have just been given a sky pod booster after literally begging them on the phone to do something about our internet. We are on our third hub in 2 months. The wifi drops out ALL the time and when we are connected we get a very low speed. Can't even take a zoom call or watch online TV. When we get through to sky for help they accuse us of lying, saying "your line has been fine for the last 21 days". They refuse to send an engineer and refuse to let us out our contract. What are we supposed to do?

To add, the booster has made absolutely no difference at all and I dread phoning customer service spending hours on the phone being accused of lying again.
