Sitting at home watching the footie when the WiFi dropped.
checked router and it's saying there is no broadband or phone line.
tried land line and that's dead too
it literally just dropped no warning ...... I've checked all connections, rebooted the router and no change ........any clues?

Unfortunately most likely to be an external circuit failure. You'll need to log it with Sky and hope they can get an Openreach appointment for Monday or Tuesday.
