Hi i am a new customer with sky and last sunday i set up my broadband (17th july) my connection goes live on the 28th of july, however im yet to recieve my hub/router. I have been checking on the app and it still say its coming soon and yet to dispatch, will this arrive before my conection goes live as my current contract with talk talk that i cancelled will finish on the same day as my new contract starts and i dont want to be with out internet. many thanks!!

Hubs are sent out to be with you up until the day before activation. If you haven't received it by the 28th get back to us
