Reschedule my engineer install

Reschedule my engineer install

Before I payd for the service I got a message that it's gonna be in couple of days after i payd I got a message that I need to wait one month, I changed the date couple of days ago but I didn't get any answer

If you are awaiting installation/activation then you will need to call Sky to see if it can be moved earlier but don't be surprised if they say it can not as usually the date given is when an Openreach engineer is available in your area to do the work on behalf of Sky.
