Have a poor WiFi signal at front of house upstairs hub located downstairs back of house

I was wondering how I go about getting a sky max pod to help with my WiFi signal upstairs as I live in a old house with thick brick walls the signal upstairs at the front of the house ain't great, at times even my phone loose connection to the WiFi I find I have to move closer to the door in the bedroom to regain the connection.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number

Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Might be worth giving Sky a call to enquire about Sky WiFi Max. Details below:

I forgot to mention I already have max with the new wifi 6, I think it's just because the house is so old all the walls are double bricked, I don't use a landline phone, by any chance does anyone know what number I would need to call to enquire about a pod.
