Wi-fi keeps dropping out

We recently "upgraded" to the new Sky Full Fibre 300 broadband and Wifi Max because both myself and my wife work from home. We have had nothing but problems from day one with the wi-fi and are at the end of our tether.

 

We keep getting disconnected from the wifi intermittendly. When we do have a wifi connection the strength is so poor we are unable to connect to our meetings. Could it be a faulty router? Is there something else we should be doing / can do to improve this service?

 

We can't get through to a human, all contact is digital and we find ourselves going around in circles. At this rate we are going to have to ditch this contract and find a supplier who can deliver.

We have the same situation and same issue. Persuased to upgrade to SkyMax for all the supposed benefits, and it's been a disaster. Please send back our old router!!!!!!!!
