Broadband Signal low

For passed 2 weeks I have been scanning, recycling connections on my router purchasing boosters to help with the signal but nothing seems to work 😣 I don't seem to understand why ever time I check my sky broadband signal it keeps saying it's ok when I can clearly see it's not. When I first moved to sky it was brilliant the service was what I paid for but know it's just awful I can't seem to connect and I'm using my own mobile hotspot to connect.
