Slow speeds with intermittent conection

Befor I had fiber connection I had available 45-52meg now I never get more than 25meg most days it around 10meg, in the evenings it will drop to 1 or 5, ladt night 0 for 20 mins red light flashing on the box

@Adriansalmen the red light indicates a loss of connection if thst is happening after midnight then it is likely to be due to network housekeeping/maintenance issues. As a first step run the Service Checker in the My  Sky app as thst will show the speed to the hub if you click on the link by the current result then you will see the history of the speeds and the guaranteed speed for your line. If the speed has dropped below thst guarantee the app should offer further help. 

 

If tgecspeed to hub is OK the variable speeds can be down to wifi interference which often gets worse at peak times when your neighbours are using their networks. You can try reboting the hub which will cause it to find the best WiFi channel to use but thst is often a temporary fix. The longterm sokution is to improve the WiFi signal in your home or use ethernet cables.
