New hub

I've not received my new hub yet for my new sky broadband contract and my old subscription has now finished. Please can we get a new hub ordered

This is a forum where customers help each other so you are not emailing Sky by posting here.

 

As for your hub it should be sent to you a few days before your Sky broadband has been activated or as this already happened ?
