New to broadband, switch on is 11th March, hub not connecting.

I signed up to sky broadband, hub arrived yesterday with a change over date of today 11th March 2025. The hub has been on for over an hour, front panel has a white light but is not connecting to devices. No one available until 9am on the phones. Any ideas please?

Although it is quite late it could be that the activation hasn't take place yet as Openreach will be doing this on behalf of Sky so can happen anytime throughout the day. If it still isn't working tomorrow ten calling Sky will be all that you can do.
