Connection has been awful for a long time
We have got super fast broadband, yet it's far from that. I don't think I've experienced connection even remotely quick. There are constant ms spikes when using devices and times of no connectivity. We are due to cancel with SKY after years of poor quality

Re: Connection has been awful for a long time
@Menelik if you are still using a partial fibre connection the speed your line can deliver is set by the length of the copper line to your property so switching to a different ISP who will use the same line is pretty pointless.you can check if that is your problem by running the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking on the link beside the current speddtest result. That will give you the lastmonths test results and the guarenteed speed for your line. If speeds are below the guarantee the app should offer further help.
If you do decide to switch choose a provider who doesnt use the. Openreach.network like Virgin Media. Ifvspedds to your hub look ok then consider improving the WiFi coversge in your home.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
