Hi and thank you for your replies. I managed to speak to Sky. 1st Q, How much disk space is there? I checked and I had 1% left ! I cleared most stuff down to 10% then went through the reset process. Interestingly the TV was telling me to press and hold the WPS button on the router, the Sky person said, No, press it once only. I got a blue flashing light on the router and two minutes later, perfect set up with my Network name.
Two points: I was not given the WPS router info when Sky installed it.
And, as for the other Network name. "It's not yours, we can't give any further information" How was it possible to be connected to their network? "We can't answer that"
A mystery then.

@5573MURF If you don;t have the password to your neighbours wifi I can't see how the TV is connecting to it?

Such issues are usually caused by both properties using powerline adapters on default settings, causing a bridge between the properties. If you do indeed have powerline adapters, try factory resetting them & checking they are paired using their own security. This should be detailed in themanual.
