Internet and phone stopped working

Hi, my internet and phone connection have both stopped working, amber lights for both on modem but green light for WiFi. Working perfectly until last night. Followed all steps on sky help but nothing working. No dial tone for phone

@Shelfan13  Does the broadband test when run give you any choice in being able to book an engineer or tell you information about any outages in your area?
