Last 3 nights about 8pm, sky BB is connnected but without internet, during day is fine, have tried everything . Any ideas , it's usually great. Txs

Still not working but Waiting on new router to be delivered, so hopefully that works.

Hi need someone to escalate this, Have had no BB now for three weeks, new router waa sent 2 weks ago and did not work same issue. An engineer was supposed to call last week and never showed. So now when i call sky or get a call from sky i am told it's a Virgin line issue and waiting for Virgin to reply to sky for a fix...was supposed to get a call back today with update but no call came. Can't believe it's taking this long.. in fairness this the first time in over 20yrs that I've an issue with sky. Based on no internet sky TV is affected. I 'll give it another few days 😞 but need someone to help get this sorted. Txs
