We cancelled our TV packages but kept the Fibre Broadband - however since unplugging the SkyQ boxes on Saturday [as Sky want them posted back!] our broadband speed has reduced by 2/3rds and we are struggling to use it at all. Can anyone recommend anything to help? We have tried resetting the router and run all the usual tests etc

That's almost certainly because your Q television boxes were acting as WiFi hotspots and working together with the Sky Hub to boost wireless coverage around your property.
