No refund

I rang up 2 weeks ago and complained about my internet speeds being 30x slower then I'm garenteed, they've been like this for a year an engineer came out and solved the problem but I was told on the phone I'd receive compensation for the year I've had terrible internet connection, and I've not heard a thing back in 2 weeks, it's appalling, I rang up previously to complain about not getting the speed I was garenteed and was ignored and told I should upgrade my internet, why would I do that when I didn't  even receive the speed I was garenteed by you already, it's finally been sorted but I want conpensation for the year I've been paying full price for internet that didn't work
