Haven’t been paid compensation

Hi there, in December I was told I was owed compensation money as I had a rocky start setting up sky and my WiFi kept cutting off/ not working etc. then there was a delay on someone coming to fix it.

 

im owed compensation and I still haven't received it or had any bill discounts from what I can see

If you don't see any compensation credit on your latest or future bills then I would register a complaint:

@Isabella77 when was it fixed? Automatic compensation is paid within 30 days of the issue being resolved.

It was actually fixed before the compensation came through, believe it was fixed around November time, so it was a nice surprise to see automatic compensation but just never received it in my last two statements now
