Hi there, in December I was told I was owed compensation money as I had a rocky start setting up sky and my WiFi kept cutting off/ not working etc. then there was a delay on someone coming to fix it.
im owed compensation and I still haven't received it or had any bill discounts from what I can see

It was actually fixed before the compensation came through, believe it was fixed around November time, so it was a nice surprise to see automatic compensation but just never received it in my last two statements now
