Change in Sky Broadband package

I have recently changed my broadband package through the MYSKY app. I was told that so sky talk international and sky WiFi max were included and have a screenshot of this to prove it. Why am I still being charged?

What did Sky say when you queried it?

@Pac12345 what specifically are you being charged for that you shouldn't be?
