Hi,
I have moved into a property, bringing with me my Sky Glass, entertainment and netflix package.
The property i am now living at already has Sky
How can the account be cancelled, and keeping my account adding on broadband

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe account holder for the Sky package at that property would need to call Sky and give the required notice of 14 days for broadband and 31 days for the TV to cancel whatever is present at it.
