I have recently left sky. I was told by an advisor using the online chat that there would be no termination charges. I have now been charged a termination fee.
I need access to my chat transcript in order to prove this was said by the advisor.
Last week when I logged on to speak to an advisor my old chats would be visible as I scrolled up however the chat option now says it is not currently in service.
How do I get hold of a chat transcript?
