I cancelled my contract and moved to another service provider. My contract ended 2nd Feb and I actually moved on 30 Jan. I have been charged the full
month Feb to Mar which I understand as I needed to pay for 2 days. However I can see I will be refunded in March for the unused part of the contract but it says it will be credit in Sky. I don't want Sky credit as I no longer use any service. Is there a way of requesting it be refunded to my bank as I paid by direct Debit or asking for a cheque ? Thank you

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
