Refund after cancelling , credit not needed

I cancelled my contract and moved to another service provider.  My contract ended 2nd Feb and I actually moved on 30 Jan.  I have been charged the full

month Feb to Mar which I understand as I needed to pay for 2 days.   However I can see I will be refunded in March for the unused part of the contract but it says it will be credit in Sky.   I don't want Sky credit as I no longer use any service.  Is there a way of requesting it be refunded to my bank as I paid by direct Debit or asking for a cheque ?  Thank you

If your direct debit is still in place then it can be refunded via this so we can arrange some help for you via here tomorrow if you want ?

It can be done automatically but can take a good few weeks.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

Hi I was asked to repeat this request after the 17th billing date.  Can my refund be processed please ?

I have done this for you so as the same as before look out for the chat bubble, if it hasn't appeared by 7pm then it will be tomorrow that contact is made.
