Recently received a bill for sky mobile services! I don't have a sky mobile. I phoned twice and reported it and I was promised a call back within 48hrs. No call back received and I keep receiving payment chasing letters! How do I get sky to sort this issue!!

They are from sky! Yes personally addressed to me, but I don't have any Sky mobile or services! Getting really worried about it as sky aren't doing anything about it!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KMM1 have you reported to the police and got a reference number as sky are unlikely to help with this with it because as far as they are concerned someone is legitimately using services brought by someone using your details

@KMM1 I agree but check out the link posted by @GD1 first in case it gives information that would help when calling sky

Have you changed your password and pin numbers since this happened?
Also if you use the same password on any other site as with Sky, also change these.
