I received a broadband contract summary for Full fibre 100 at 24.50 a month for 18 months, 35 a month for 6 months then 38 per month thereafter....I was told to agree with the offer contract while on the phone to the advisor and didn't notice when I pressed agree it's actually says 35 a month!
I've tried talking to 3 different advisors and still no one can answer why and they have no record the the broadband contract summary I received even though I have the email staring at me! They can't even have me an email to send this proof to.
I have absolutely no idea what's going on
