I'm guessing you see a message about your spending limit? If so, I'm afraid there's nothing we customers here can do to help, You could try Sky's Twitter team, if they're still open?

Thankyou for getting back to me, it was an error on their behalf that's been removed..... Although it was too late ...I managed to stream it anyway.
