Discovery +
After renewing my package in November, I've finally got around to signing in to my Discovery + app but now cannot watch Alpine Sking; requires me to upgrade? When I click on the link, it states its not available with current provider and to contact provider to upgrade? Confused.

Re: Discovery +
You will need to upgrade your Discovery+ with the TNT Sports add on pack.
You should see an upgrade within your MySky app or MySky account online under Your Products..
TNT Sports is usually £31 a month.
This all changed around January 2025

Re: Discovery +
Thanks Lettice.
I knew that Sky had increased their Sports offering via the advertisements on the TV but didn't realise it was at the expense of their Sports channels.
I didn't know about the Press Release about TNT otherwise I wouldn't have renewed in November.
I'm a big Olympics fan and to pay another £31.00 to watch it when originally it was available FTA disappoints me immensely.

@Jamesandeloise - its worth being aware this decision to remove the Eurosport channels and move all the sporting content to TNT Sports wasn't a Sky decision but a decision by the Warner Brothers Discovery who owned both Eurosport and TNT Sports. Seemingly they decided that the money they had invested in procuring sports content, meant they could no longer afford to have a free to air offering of the sporting content.

Re: Discovery +
For the Winter Olympics.
There has been a few reports recently that some of it will appear on Discovery+ and TNT Sports 2 for all Discovery+ tier customers
Coverage will be made available to discovery+ customers across all plans, who will be able to access comprehensive live coverage with 24/7 coverage available through TNT Sports 2 and a selection of live event feeds.
TNT Sports 2 will serve as the primary Olympic destination, offering over 200 hours of live event coverage, studio programming, replays, and highlights, delivering round-the-clock storytelling from Milano Cortina across all 17 days of competition, says WBD.
