@ASLing1 If it's sky Q it's a dish and if sky glass it's WiFi ultimate tv is the best package as you get more choice of channels you can add cinema and kids or hd or ultra hd to your package but they cost extra the cinema package is great as you get 2 free cinema tickets each month you need ultimate tv before you can add other packages as they are add ons

Sky Stream doesn't require a satellite dish its works via your internet connection.

It will be for Sky Stream, as that is the service for the Ultimate TV Package. ( also if you have been looking online via the sky website, you can only buy the streaming products from them, they no longer sell Sky Q via the website).

If it contains sky stream does that mean it all works off wifi or is the stream in addition to the dish?

@ASLing1 Sky stream is solely WiFi you cannot combine WiFi and dish products on the same account it's either one or the other

Re: What type of Sky is included in the Ultimate TV package? Does it require a satellite dish or wif
Is the issue something we can help with and save you a call?
These are the current methods for contacting Sky…
▪️call by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.
Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
▪️online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
▪️ Sky Assistant is also available at the top of sky.com/help for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It will provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
▪️Social Media You can also get in touch with Sky via the messaging services on: Facebook or Instagram (links at the bottom of the forum page).
Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.
