I think i need a new sky box i have been unable to get any signal for the last two days, Could you please help with this thank you

@Gregmez  Your post has been moved from th Sky Go board as Sky Go is an app not a box.

 

Which Box are you referring to?  Sky+HD or Sky Q

 

If the box shows No Satellite Signal that does not mean it's a box issue but more likely a dish relatd issue

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
