Sky Puck Stream subtitle and pin issues

I have just recived my Sky Puck and can't seem to get subtitles to work. I have endured this is turned on both in accessibility and on the channel and still nothing.

I am also required to enter a pin anytime I try and watch a film on sky cinema. I turned off all parental settings but nothing seems to stop this.

Anyone have any tips on how to fix either of these issues?

Any film above a 12 certificate being carried 'live' on a Cinema channel with a start time of or before 20:30 requires PIN entry: that's a requirement of the Broadcasting Code known as Mandatory Daytime Protection and cannot be removed in parental controls.
