Scene flashing !!!
I recently got a puck and generally happy with the performance but I have noticed an issue which is annoying me, when I watch live TV on the TV guide I have no issues, but when I watch a show that is currently not on it flashes just before the scene changes, strange that it doesn't do it during the ad break, I'm a bit baffled !!!

Oh i see so fine on Tv guide channels but problem occurs on Catch up Tv apps , have you tried force closing all apps ? , go to settings , System Management , Resets & updates , close apps , press close then Up to restart device for good measure , wait for the reboot then see if problem persists

Re: Scene flashing !!!
I have refreshed apps and forced stop, still got flashing so I connected to another small TV and used a sky app simultaneously and it didn't occur on small TV so I guess it's a TV issue ( Phillips OLED )

Re: Scene flashing !!!
This sounds like it could be a judder issue, as it's happening on multiple apps.
An apps refresh is not the usual form of help in this case.
One thing you can try, that often helps with this issue.
Go into the Puck settings and under Picture and Sound >Picture switch 'Judder reduction for Tv apps' to on.
You will need to do a settings restart after making that change;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Also would advise also doing a power off and on of your Philips TV.
Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
If you are on Sky OS 2 beta, you can select settings on the right of the home bar.
If the above, still does not help, come back here and let us know and we will escalate to Sky for you to work through further help.
