Stream device not loading content

Stream puck device has been playing up now for a week. Says content loading, please wait. I can reset by disconnecting power and restarting but problem then reoccurring later. Seems to be getting worse. Second device connected to same network has no issues and continues to work without any delays in loading content or freezing. Has anyone experienced this problem and

now fix?

Have you tested the speed actually being received by your problematic puck? Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app to get an idea of what speed it's got to work with.
