Ever since the weekend it has been like this to be honest with you

Just find a bug

Finished watched programs on paramount+, went to TV guide and pressed Enter key on Grand designs on channel 4, it started played in a thumbnail on the left hand side of the screen, (opposite side of screen to thumbnail in EPG) and the rest of the screen was black.

Pressed back button and selected channel 4 again and this time it played full screen

Have also seen that randomly happen a few times during the trial.

Its been reported.

I have recently had one of my pucks replaced due to a hardware fault. The new puck is unfortunately on the standard OS not the trial software. This means i cannot access any of my recordings only tje original playlist. How can i get my new puck updated to the OS 2.0 to allow me to access recording and the features of the trail. My ither 2 picks are still on the trial. Would appreciate any help regerding this.y new pucks serial number is showing on the my sky app

@Higgins000  Has your replacement puck updated to the os2 beta yet, it should update automatically
