Continue watching feature doesn’t change
My continue watching band has been stuck for days. I currently have 3 bbc iPlayer programs and one Amazon Prime program that I have watched until the end, stuck there not changing. I have turned the puck off, restarted the puck, enabled the analytics, personal recommendations and profiling and fast forwarded the programs to the end more than once and they still stay there.

Re: Continue watching feature doesn’t change
Hi, please see my recent post regarding my stuck playlist.
This sounds a similar issue to yours. It alwas shows S1 E1 to watch, no matter how many episodes I have watched.
I have been tole by sky that it is a known issue and theyare working on a solution.
I wa also told by sky last week, that it is not a known issue.
I have a new puck (had to buy it as sky refused to send a free unit, but then demaned theold unit, that I had previously paid for, back!
(I did get my £50 back)
however, new puck, new broadband and numerous puck factory resets failed to solve the issue.
THE SOLUTION
(for me anyway, but I see you have already done this)
I was told to go to sky.com, sign in, then my details - manage data & personalisation
Then toggle Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling
This setting (like all of them) was off. So I turned it on and the next day my playlist was correctly updating.
Only took a year to find the solution.
If I have helped, please click the thumb 🐵
