Sending old phone back

I've upgraded and chose to send my old phone back thought they was nothing wrong with it as all working fine but took my case off and realised it smashed on the back wanting to send my new one back instead of my old one can I use the same packaging they sent me it in?

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline.

Yes you can use the same packaging it came in as there should be a return label on the inside of it somewhere.

Before doing this you would need to call Sky and explain what you are doing as they will be excepting you to send the other phone back.
