Hello I hope someone can help please. Had an iPhone 8 but it was erratic about making and receiving calls. Kept getting this number is not recognised. Upgraded to iPhone 11 and it's still happening. Only way to correct is to switch phone off and on again. Any suggestions or solutions would be most gratefully received in plain English please (not technically minded lol). Thank you.

Phone went wrong again, phoned 150. Reset network setting. Let's see if that's a permanent solution. Might be a SIM problem. Thanks for your help.
