Sky Return

Hi I have just realized even though I returned it sky are still charging me for an apple Magic Keyboard I purchased. I have an iPad Air but purchased the pro keyboard by mistake. I can't find my return receipt but I did call at the time and they confirmed it had been returned. Why am I paying for this

Depending on when you returned it billing would continue until it has been received into stock so if it has been more than a few weeks you will have to call Sky again about this.

I have proof of post for return it was couple days after receiving the item I've called twice and spoken to India call center all they have done is ask for the return receipt code and repeatedly asked me to confirm who I am the just pass me your someone else and then have the cheek to ask for a good review . It's absolutely shocking I'm going to get legal advice as according to my consumer rights
