Yes you can as your mobile from Sky is unlocked.

You have 30 days to activate the Sky sim or it will be cancelled meaning you would need to order it again if this happens.

When the Sky sim arrives do not activate it so it will be cancelled so you can use the other sim and only pay Sky for the phone.
