I'm just wondering can I swap my iWatch series 9 for the latest model

Hi @CJ81  I don't believe sky do swaps on accessories such as Apple Watches, only phones and tablets.

If you have had it for more than 31 days then you should be able to see so have you checked via your account to see if you can do this online. The other way would be by calling Sky on 150.
