Bill Increase?
My Bill has gone up despite no changes or alterations? I would be most grateful if someone could look into this for me please. Kind Regards

April general increase?
If it's a large increase then perhaps you have minimum term discounts expiring?

There was 0 notice, so I dont believe its an the April increase, it has gone up by quite abit but when i look at my bills and emails theres nothing indicating any type of increase apart from one thst was meant to increase by £1. Might be worth giving them a call but appreciate the response

Compare the latest bill to previous bills and see where the difference is. Any (chargeable) mms messages, roaming, calls to premium or other non inclusive numbers for example.
