Hi all
Does anyone happen to know when the Samsung S25 are going to be sent out, initially when I preordered it, it said it would get sent out on the 31st of Jan. I've tried contacting sky but I just get that useless chat bot.

As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales. You could contact Sky but I doubt an agent will know much more.

Hi, thanks for replying, unfortunately it only says "coming soon", with no other info, whereas before February it said coming 31st Jan.

The offcial Samsung Galaxy S25 release date is February 7, so i would expect sky to start shipping from Friday.

have you received your phone yet?
I was told the same - ordered 29/01, told delivery 31/01 and nothing since. No update in app either.

So info from a friend that actually works for sky as I was talking to him today and asked. He checked and said they are outstanding of stock and none in the warehouse

There seemed to have been an issue with my order - original order cancelled and new order placed while on with Sky rep - who I may add contacted me in relation to the issue. Sky did say they would honour the conditions of the original order incl the gift the as fault was not with me and original order placed before the deadline.
Received my phone, switched provider, claimed my buds - all went smoothly in the end (assuming I receive my earbuds, potentially 30day wait for that claim to be processed)
I will say, been a Sky tv customer for 17+yrs, never an issue with any part of the service or support - Sky mobile does have some work to do to iron out the kinks in their systems & processes as this was second order I have had issues with, my wife switched last year and had similar problems

- Eventually I relieved my phone and all is good so far no complaints. However I didn't get a deal with free buds as far as I recall
