Incoming Call cuts off after 45 seconds from Sky

Every time Sky call it cuts call off after 45 seconds. They ring back it happens again. I cannot communicate with them and when I ring Sky I end up with a different advisor who doesn't know the details of my case. I can ring Sky but they don't seem able to ring me successfully
